Clinical Connexx works with most modern browsers and as a Microsoft Outlook plug-in. The minimum requirements to ensure Clinical Connexx works as smoothly as possible for you are: Windows Vista operating system with 2GB+ memory, Microsoft Internet Explorer 9, Microsoft Outlook 2007 SP2 (optional), Microsoft Office 2007 SP2 (optional).
We do recommend that users have operating systems which are Windows 7 or above with 4GB+ memory available.

Installation is a simple process. We will set up each user license and individual portal in line with your specific departmental specifications. Individual and private virtual servers will be set up using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft SharePoint as well as printing and document template configuration. The final part of the installation will be to install the Clinical Connexx plug-in for Microsoft Outlook.
Yes you have that choice. Our flexibility allows users (with permissions) to create emails, letters, attendance notes, notes, customise work flows etc to anyone involved in a case or any other person and to add units.
The permissions and functionality of Clinical Connexx can be aligned with your specific requirements of fee earners and users. You can create letters (either freehand or templates) directly from within Clinical Connexx (which are stored in the associated SharePoint space) or you can upload documents into that same space and have them be associated with a particular case.

Absolutely. Clinical Connexx has been researched, prepared and created with prospective fixed fee regime changes in mind. Every case can be categorised by type which can automatically (or manually) set fixed fee limits as required per phase. This will ensure each phase is costed and billed in line with the fixed fee limit bands. Furthermore the system can integrate filters and warnings so any task-no matter how small-can be associated with a given fixed fee category.
