HOW EASY IS IT TO USE CLINICAL CONNEXX?

Clinical Connexx is an extremely user friendly and simple to navigate software tool. As there are pre-set workflows to guide you through it and simple interactivity amongst all the modules, users should have no difficulty in getting the very best of the software. Video tutorials are supplied as part of the induction process to assist new users adopts all processes as smoothly as possible and are available at all times when required.

WHAT DO I NEED TO RUN CLINICAL CONNEXX?

Clinical Connexx works with most modern browsers and as a Microsoft Outlook plug-in. The minimum requirements to ensure Clinical Connexx works as smoothly as possible for you are: Windows Vista operating system with 2GB+ memory, Microsoft Internet Explorer 9, Microsoft Outlook 2007 SP2 (optional), Microsoft Office 2007 SP2 (optional).

We do recommend that users have operating systems which are Windows 7 or above with 4GB+ memory available.

WILL CLINICAL CONNEXX INTEGRATE WITH EXISTING ACCOUNTS / PRACTICE SOFTWARE?

One of the benefits of having Clinical Connexx on the Microsoft Dynamics platform is its ability to integrate and interact with other software.

Our team has has experience in integrating Clinical Connexx for clients with existing legal accounts and legal practice software. Full compatibility is dependent on individual specifications requirements.

HOW DO WE INSTALL CLINICAL CONNEXX?

Installation is a simple process. We will set up each user license and individual portal in line with your specific departmental specifications. Individual and private virtual servers will be set up using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft SharePoint as well as printing and document template configuration. The final part of the installation will be to install the Clinical Connexx plug-in for Microsoft Outlook.

CAN WE WORK OUTSIDE PRE-SET WORKFLOWS?

Yes you have that choice. Our flexibility allows users (with permissions) to create emails, letters, attendance notes, notes, customise work flows etc to anyone involved in a case or any other person and to add units.

The permissions and functionality of Clinical Connexx can be aligned with your specific requirements of fee earners and users. You can create letters (either freehand or templates) directly from within Clinical Connexx (which are stored in the associated SharePoint space) or you can upload documents into that same space and have them be associated with a particular case.

HOW DOES CLINICAL CONNEXX COMPARE TO ITS COMPETITORS?

WILL YOUR SOFTWARE HELP MY DEPARTMENT IF FIXED FEES ARE INTRODUCED?

Absolutely. Clinical Connexx has been researched, prepared and created with prospective fixed fee regime changes in mind. Every case can be categorised by type which can automatically (or manually) set fixed fee limits as required per phase. This will ensure each phase is costed and billed in line with the fixed fee limit bands. Furthermore the system can integrate filters and warnings so any task-no matter how small-can be associated with a given fixed fee category.

WHAT IF WE WANT TO WORK ON OUR CASES REMOTELY?

You can easily do this. The law firm can grant users permissions to use Clinical Connexx remotely on a PC, Mac, laptop, tablet or mobile.

Clinical Connexx has been created so that you have access to all your documents, files and reports at the click of a button, no matter where you are in or out of the office, conference, court room or home.

HOW WILL CLINICAL CONNEXX KEEP ME INFORMED ABOUT MY FILES?

All tasks within Clinical Connexx are synchronised with Microsoft Outlook so that you are constantly reminded of the work that needs to be done on your files as well as keeping track of all the work already undertaken on your cases. You can prompt yourself to undertake action on a file or allow the intelligent software to remind you to do so.
